Feature: update the highlighted TOC nodes during scroll page
Summary
The TOC panel contains all page headers and the selected (clicked) node is highlighted.
Expected behavior
During the page scroll, update the highlighted nodes from the panel in accordance with the position of the header into the page.
As the headers up at the top of the page, highlight them into the TOC (ex: Microsoft TOC)
