Summary
Search refiners are not available to the Responsive nav panel or are not up-to-date after result has been changed
Steps to Reproduce
Launch a research from the home page of site collection to be redirect to the search result page. Once on the result page either you have no refiner or these are not up to date if the search results change
What is the current bug behavior?
On the search result page, the menu doesn't contain the refiners or the refiners are not up-to-date in accordance with the results.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The search refiner have to be available and up-to-date if the search resultant has changed.

Possible fixes
Add an event handler on the left navigation that will allow to update the content for search and when the menu nodes are updated too.
