Settings file and key file missing from sdk solution in build 25559
The settings file (under properties) and the key file (importer.snk) are missing from the SharePoint.ImportExport.Core project in the sdk folder.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
