Docker compose Isso version

Summary

To launch an environment, it is possible to use the docker-compose file included in this repository. The latest version of Isso does not allow running the docker-compose without error.

Current behavior

When using docker-compose -f, an error occurs and the stack of services is not running:

Building isso
[+] Building 0.0s (1/2)
=> [internal] load build definition from Dockerfile 0.0s

failed to solve with frontend dockerfile.v0: failed to read dockerfile: open /var/lib/docker/tmp/buildkit-mount393184013/Dockerfile: no such file or directory
ERROR: Service 'isso' failed to build : Build failed

Expected behavior

Update the docker-compose file to support the latest version of Isso docker container and update the documentation.
