User Custom Settings rather than JavaScript injection

Summary

To manage the Ghost theme features/behavior, some JavaScript injection is necessary as explained on the Wiki page.

Now, it is possible to define some custom properties of the theme and edit them from the admin area: https://ghost.org/docs/themes/custom-settings/

Expected

Replace custom injection of the theme by custom properties
