Support members authentication

Summary

Ghost allows creating pages/posts reserved for members / paid members.

By default, when a post/page is reserved, an area is visible to inform users the content is for subscribers only.

At this moment, the visitor can create or log in to the site but it cannot log out or manage his profile. No button existing.

One solution consists to display the button provided by Ghost but this one is not necessarily complying with the theme. On Microsoft UI, the button to log out and manage profile is located to the right of the Microsoft 365 ribbon.
