Styles and Sharepoint Themes
Since the styling is jquery ui, go through all the default sharepoint themes and match them to jquery ui styles. This way when a user changes the sharepoint theme the dialog won't be the terrible yellowish color.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
