When a SharePoint List has a List Column of type Managed Metadata and the user create a new item, click on the Taxonomy Browser Icon, a modal dialog appear with Taxonomy term set

## Observed Behavior
When the Custom Action PnP-ResponsiveUI is activated on the target site, the modal dialog appear but the selectable area is empty.

By default, with no note, the behavior works but when and note is added the Web Part Note Board use more than 100% of the width screen and a horizontal scroll appear.
